Help with Technology

THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT THING IF YOU CAN’T LINK TO CONTENT OR SEE VIDEOS IS USE CHROME FOR YOUR BROWSER WITH CANVAS!!!  We learned that the hard way.  Safari and Firefox are also compatible with Canvas!

The following links contain step-by-step visual instructions:

Click here for help with connecting a school computer to your home internet. Do this BEFORE logging in to the computer.

Try these tricks if you can’t login to a school computer from home:

  1. Be sure you’ve connected to your home WiFi BEFORE trying to login
  2. Reboot the computer
  3. Drive to the school parking lot next to the building and try logging in there on the school’s WiFi. Some of the computers do better if they are logged in at school first.

If you need additional help, please click the link to our district helps webpage here for help desk, tips and hints.

Thank you so much for your patience as we learn with you and work out the bugs in the system!  Happy learning online!

YEARBOOK COMMITTEE CALLS FOR PHOTOS

Greetings, Uintah Parents! The first quarter is wrapping up and as your Yearbook Chair, I am getting a little nervous about this year's yearbook.

I want to make sure that every Uintah student is represented in this unprecedented year. The virtual nature of school poses a small but overcomable challenge. This is an opportunity for our community to showcase not only the school and our students but how we have adapted and come out better because of it.

There are two ways to submit pictures for the yearbook. The first is by emailing them to uintahyearbookpics@gmail.com

The second is by using the hashtag #uintahunicorncommunity when posting on your own Instgram. You can also follow our school Instagram @uintah_uincorn_power.  Our page is new, and we will start posting announcements, event pics and other fun things to get the community involved.  Thank you!"
