Online Registration and Afterschool Registration are combined this year, and open at 9am on Wednesday, July 15^th!

Please use your PowerSchool Parent Portal to register your student(s)! If you do not have a PowerSchool Portal, or if you need any help, please email Ms. Annie at annie.cowley@slschools.org, or call our office on the 15^th at 801-584-2940. If your student is new to Uintah, you can register them as a NEW STUDENT, and we will apply their student number. #GoUnicorns

New Student Preregistration

Preregistration is now Open at Uintah

Do you have a student entering Uintah for the first time for school year 2026-2027? Please complete this form so that we have all of you and your student(s) contact information: Uintah Elementary Pre-Enrollment Form 26-27 – Fill out form Also, please bring the following required information to the office:

• Original birth certificate (No copies will be accepted, we will make copy)
• Current complete immunization records (your child may receive kindergarten readiness immunizations at any time after their fourth birthday) *
• 2 proofs of residency

• We will take copy of parents identification
