Teacher Wish Lists

Each book fair our teachers are able to create a wish list of books they would like to have for their class. It is not required, just if you would like to donate. It is a little tricky this year with being online. They can choose to share their login information with parents to view that wish list, as well as instructions. Feel free to choose a book for your child’s class if there isn’t a list.

**At checkout, there is a box titled, “Special instructions for the Seller”. This is where you can put which book or books in your order are for teachers, and if you want your child’s name on a donation label in the book.  For example: Diary of a Wimpy Kid / Donated to Ms. Jones / Donated by Emma Wilson

Order Pick Up and Delivery  Book pickup will be Wednesday, October 14, 2020 between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.. You may also pay for your order to be directly shipped to your home. For your out of the area or state extended family and friends, they would choose the shipping option.

Help with Technology

THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT THING IF YOU CAN’T LINK TO CONTENT OR SEE VIDEOS IS USE CHROME FOR YOUR BROWSER WITH CANVAS!!!  We learned that the hard way.  Safari and Firefox are also compatible with Canvas!

The following links contain step-by-step visual instructions:

Click here for help with connecting a school computer to your home internet. Do this BEFORE logging in to the computer.

Click here for help with changing student passwords

Try these tricks if you can’t login to a school computer from home:

  1. Be sure you’ve connected to your home WiFi BEFORE trying to login
  2. Reboot the computer
  3. Drive to the school parking lot next to the building and try logging in there on the school’s WiFi. Some of the computers do better if they are logged in at school first.

If you need additional help, please click the link to our district helps webpage here for help desk, tips and hints.

Thank you so much for your patience as we learn with you and work out the bugs in the system!  Happy learning online!
