Online Registration and Afterschool Registration are combined this year, and open at 9am on Wednesday, July 15th!
Please use your PowerSchool Parent Portal to register your student(s)! If you do not have a PowerSchool Portal, or if you need any help, please email Ms. Annie at annie.cowley@slschools.org, or call our office on the 15th at 801-584-2940. If your student is new to Uintah, you can register them as a NEW STUDENT, and we will apply their student number. #GoUnicorns

New Student Preregistration
Preregistration is now Open at Uintah
Do you have a student entering Uintah for the first time for school year 2026-2027? Please complete this form so that we have all of you and your student(s) contact information: Uintah Elementary Pre-Enrollment Form 26-27 – Fill out form Also, please bring the following required information to the office:
- Original birth certificate (No copies will be accepted, we will make copy)
- Current complete immunization records (your child may receive kindergarten readiness immunizations at any time after their fourth birthday) *
- 2 proofs of residency

Beginning July 15, 2026 -For student registration please visit
- Be sure to select new student
- BE SURE TO SELECT SCHOOL YEAR 26-27
- Be sure to complete ALL fields under ALL tabs
*Please be aware of the importance of completing all aspects of registration prior to the start of school
